HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

I've never worn tampons and I have light or moderate flows.

If you are still virgin, we recommend to start with the size 0 Otherwise, try with size 1.

I'm a mom, my flows after the return of the diaper are moderate.

We recommend size 2, in case of leakage, you should opt for size 3.

I am a young woman, I usually use medium tampons and pads.

We recommend size 1 as a first step. In case of leakage, size 2 should be used.

I am a young woman, I use super absorbent tampons that I change about every 4 hours.

We recommend size 2. If the cup does not unfold correctly, you will have to choose a size 1 to be emptied more regularly.

I am very athletic, I do more than 5 hours of sport per week.

It is possible that size 1 does not unfold correctly because of your more muscular perineum. Try a size 1, if it doesn’t fit you will have to try with the size 0

How long does a menstrual cup last?

We recommend a use of your menstrual cup from 3 to 5 years. Beyond this time, you expose yourself to the risk of damaging the silicone.

Can I use a menstrual cup during intercourse?

We do not recommend wearing a menstrual cup during sexual intercourse with vaginal penetration.

Can I use a menstrual cup if I am a virgin?

Yes, if you are a virgin, you can use a menstrual cup. You should be aware, however, that inserting the cup could break the hymen.

Nevertheless, according to medical standards, virginity is not defined by the state of the hymen, one remains a virgin until the first sexual intercourse.
