YOUR QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CLARICYCLE
Yarrow in women soothes periodic abdominal cramps.
Potentilla anserina helps maintain comfort before and during the menstrual cycle.
Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and reduces fatigue.
Menstruation is a time of great hormonal upheaval. The sudden drop in your estrogen level is responsible for these headaches. To improve your general physical balance and better tolerate these headaches, it is important to hydrate in large quantities and provide your body with the necessary vitamins and minerals to better fight against hormonal changes.
Menstrual pain and cramps are simple contractions of the uterine muscle that trigger your period in order to gradually eliminate the endometrium in the absence of fertilization.
In addition, the decrease in progesterone immediately prior to menstruation results in the release of fatty acids, including arachidonic acid, from uterine cells and the production of mediators such as prostaglandin F2α (PGF2α) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), which cause myometrial contraction and vasoconstriction, resulting in local ischemia and pain. Prostaglandin levels are highest during the first two days of menstruation, which coincides with the period of greatest pain¹.

Fatigue before or during menstruation is primarily related to hormonal changes before menstruation (here we are talking about pre-menstrual syndrome) or during menstruation. These changes require a real effort from the body.
Fatigue is also caused by a drop in red blood cells and iron levels in the blood due to blood loss during menstruation. Since their role is to transport oxygen, if oxygen levels in the body drop, a feeling of fatigue can develop during menstruation.
Having a diet rich in iron and antioxidants (such as vitamin E), actively contributes to your physiological balance and reduces fatigue.
A dietary supplement is by definition a foodstuff intended to supplement the normal diet and is a concentrated source of nutrients or other substances with a nutritional or physiological effect, alone or in combination, marketed in doses to be taken in small measured units.
Food supplements are thus intended to compensate for possible nutritional deficiencies or to contribute to physiological effects in healthy people. Medicines are used to cure pathologies, and are therefore used in diseased people.
Thus, a food supplement is not a medicine, and therefore, by definition, it cannot claim any therapeutic effect. Furthermore, the nutritional and health claims that may be made on products are strictly regulated by the European regulation.
