All payments made on the online store Claripharm™ are secured by Payline, a PCI DSS (Payment Card Insutry – Data Security Standard) certified payment provider that meets the strictest payment standards. All payment data is encrypted using secure protocols and cannot be intercepted or used by third parties.

Claripharm undertakes to deliver in France and the European Union.
Livraison en France
ClariPharm™ propose aux Clients d’être livrés par colissimo, chronopost ou en point relais Pick Up.
Les délais moyens au départ du dépôt ClariPharm™ pour une livraison en France Métropolitaine d’un Produit en stock, sont les suivants: 2 à 7 jours ouvrés selon le moyen de livraison.
Home delivery
Standard home delivery is by Colissimo and postage costs start at €5. Delivery times are from 3 to 7 working days depending on the country.
Express home delivery is provided by Chronopost and the contribution to shipping costs starts to 9€ depending on the country. The deadlines announced by Chronopost are from 2 to 7 days depending on the country.
In case of absence at the time of delivery, at the address indicated by the Customer, a notice of passage is deposited in the mailbox: it is then possible to withdraw the parcel in a post office within 15 days following the deposit of this notice.
After this period, the package is returned to the sender. In this case, the Customer will be reimbursed for the amount of the Order, delivery costs deducted, by any means, at the choice of ClariPharm™.
Delivery at collection point
The delivery in relay point is ensured by the Pick Up Colissimo relays and the participation in the carriage costsstarts to 3,50€. The delivery in relay point is free of charge from 35 euros of purchase. Delivery times are from 2 to 6 working days.
In the case of delivery at a relay point, if the customer does not claim his package within 10 days of receipt of the package at a relay point, the package is returned to the sender. In this case, the Customer will be reimbursed for the amount of the Order, delivery costs deducted, by any means, at the choice of ClariPharm™.
In the case of a delivery in Pick Up Consignment, if the customer does not claim his package within 3 days following receipt of the package in Pick Up Consignment, the package is returned to the sender. In this case, the Customer will be reimbursed for the amount of the Order, delivery costs deducted, by any means, at the choice of ClariPharm™.
Delivery in the European Union
Delivery in France is possible on the website www.claripharm.fr We deliver to 28 countries in Europe. Home delivery in Europe is provided by the ChronoClassic service. The average time from the Claripharm warehouse for a delivery in the announced countries is as follows: 2 to 6 days depending on the zone.
Shipping costs are determined by zone and order weight.
Zone A countries are delivered within 2 to 3 working days. The participation to the shipping costs is from 7,00€.
Zone B countries are delivered within 2 to 6 working days. The participation to the shipping costs is from 9,50€.
Zone C countries are delivered within 2 to 6 working days. The participation to the shipping costs is from 10€.
ZONE A : Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
ZONE B: Austria, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, United Kingdom.
ZONE C: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia.
